These are Podling eyes from the Jim Henson masterpiece "The Dark Crystal", obtained from one of the producers of the movie. These eyes are peculiar because of the white irises. As far as I could see, all Podlings' eye have dark irises, but only in this one, as his essence is drained by the Skeksis, the irises turn white.
