This is a Movie Police badge from the 1990 miniature creature feature Gremlins 2: The New Batch. Halfway through the film Leonard Maltin reviews the movie Gremlins as a segment on the fictional TV show "The Movie Police." He can be seen wearing a badge like this item. The badge is made of a very dense cardboard with a gold glossy covering. The badge features a logo that says Movie Police with a picture of a gremlin wearing a police hat. Glued to the back is a pin with a closing clasp mechanism. [PSoL]
