Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
Call sheet for day No. 267
A call sheet used in the production of the Peter Jackson movie Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.
This call sheet is for day #267 of filming and is dated “13th December 2000”. It has the name of the film as
“Jamboree” which was what it was called originally to keep it secret.
It has Peter Jackson’s name printed at the top as Director and it tells
us that they were filming in Minas Tirith with the fellowship. There are 7 sheets in all, including the Call Sheet, travel directions for the "wet set", and a map to reach it, the "Mud Map 1A", location logistics anda map for "Dry Creek Quarry / Minas Tirith" and finally a map of Minas Tirith itself. Two Tickets to Broadway (1951)

This item is a call sheet from the 1951 musical play “Two Tickets to Broadway” starring the original scream queen, Janet Leigh. This call sheet lists the entire cast, as well as the director Busby Berkley. Other information listed includes: the production company RKO Radio Pictures, the shooting call time, and the date of November 11, 1950.

A gift from the director.

From 1981's "Dragonslayer", a Call Sheet for "Artistes Tests" -- Peter MacNicol (Galen) and Caitlin Clarke (Valerian) tested for their parts and got them, but William Squire, who tested for "Urlich" didn't. And an annotated Directory No.2 [MB]

This is a set of Vicente Alves do Ó's own call-sheets, from his first feature-length film, "Quinze Pontos na Alma" (2011). The set includes #1-6, 10,11, 13-16, 18-23, 25-29, 31, 33, 34, 36.
I'm in the very last one (#36), rather vaguely described as "Actor 19th Century" for scene 83, but was unfortunately cut from the final film. Hopefully I'm in the DVD's deleted scenes... :)

Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987)
"Encounter at Farpoint", call sheet and production report for day 3 (June 2, 1987) and PR for May 28


Call sheet for the 3rd day of shooting (20) of the 2-hour pilot episode, dated June 2, 1987. All the main crew had scenes today, including DeForest kelley, and were mostly on the holodeck. [MB]

Daily Production Report for June 2nd. We can see that only the holodeck scenes were shot, and that the planned scenes in the corridor and transporter were not. 4:21 minutes were filmed this day.
Production report for Thursday, May 28, 1987, the second day of shooting. All day was spent on rehearsals. There was a makeup test for DeForest Kelly and wardrobe fittings for everyone. Corey Allen, the director, injured his ankle during a location survey at Griffith Park. [MB]

A production used call sheet for the Stanley Kubrick, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman movie Eyes Wide Shut. The call sheet is dated Sunday 22nd December 1996 and tells us that Tom Cruise and Fay Masterton were filming scenes that day. Call sheets are a vital part of the film making process to inform members of the cast and crew where to be, when to be there and what they will be doing when they get there. This double sided A4 sized sheet has a small doodle drawn on the front by a crew member. [PSoL]
